The Tektronix MSO2014B is a mixed-signal oscilloscope delivering four analog channels and 16 digital channels in a single instrument for debug and analysis of complex electronic designs. Engineers and technicians use it to identify, capture, and analyze signal anomalies across analog and digital domains simultaneously. The platform combines 100 MHz analog bandwidth, up to 1 GS/s sampling on digital inputs, and advanced triggering—including serial packet decode for I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, and UART—to accelerate fault isolation and system characterization.
