The Tektronix MSO44 is a 500 MHz mixed-signal oscilloscope built around four FlexChannel inputs that each function as either a single analog channel or eight digital logic inputs. The instrument captures signals at 6.25 GS/s across all channels with a record length of 31.25 Mpts standard (62.5 Mpts optional), delivering over 500,000 waveforms per second and triggering up to 5,000,000 waveforms per second in segmented memory mode. Its 12-bit ADC extends to 16-bit resolution in High Res mode for detailed signal characterization.
