The Tektronix P5202A is a 100 MHz high-voltage differential probe designed to convert floating signals into ground-referenced signals suitable for standard oscilloscope display. It enables safe, accurate measurement of differential voltages in circuits with high common-mode potentials up to ±640 V, making it essential for power electronics, motor drives, inverters, and high-voltage switching applications where non-ground-referenced measurements are critical.

– Compatibility & Integration
The P5202A connects to TekProbe-equipped oscilloscopes directly. For TekVPI oscilloscopes, a TCA-BNC Adapter (sold separately) is required. The probe operates with any oscilloscope featuring grounded inputs. When used with instruments lacking a TekProbe interface, pair it with the 1103 TekProbe Power Supply. Do not use with floating-input oscilloscopes such as the Tektronix TPS2000 and THS3000 Series.
