The Tektronix P6860 is a 34-channel logic analyzer probe engineered for high-speed digital system debugging and verification. Composed of two independent probe heads with 17 channels each (16 data and 1 clock/qualifier), it combines minimal signal intrusion with a compact footprint ideal for space-constrained PCBs. The connectorless D-Max® probing system using compression elastomer attachment eliminates onboard connectors while maintaining exceptional signal integrity—0.5 pF typical input capacitance and 20 kΩ input resistance to ground. Single-ended data channels pair with differential clock architecture, supporting logic families across a 7.5 Vp-p dynamic range and –2.5 V to 5.0 V input window. The 1.8 m cable connects to compatible TLA7AAx, TLA7ACx, TLA7NAx, TLA7BBx, TLA7BCx, and TLA6200 logic analyzer modules.
