The Tektronix TAP1500 is a 1.5 GHz single-ended active FET probe designed for high-speed signal acquisition in digital system designs. It connects directly to oscilloscopes with the TekVPI™ probe interface, enabling automatic setup and display scaling. The probe minimizes circuit loading with 1 pF input capacitance and 1 MΩ input resistance, making it ideal for measurements on compact PCBs and surface-mount devices.
