The Tektronix TIVP02 IsoVu is a 200 MHz isolated differential probe engineered for precision measurement of high common-mode voltage signals in power electronics and wide bandgap device applications. Using optical isolation technology, it virtually eliminates common-mode interference, enabling accurate differential measurements across ±2500 V with common-mode voltages reaching ±60 kV peak. The second-generation design delivers a compact form factor—1/5 the size of first-generation probes—while maintaining exceptional performance through galvanic isolation via fiber optic connection.
