The Tektronix TIVP02L IsoVu probe is a 200 MHz isolated differential probe engineered for high-voltage and high-bandwidth measurement applications. It delivers complete galvanic isolation between measurement systems and the device under test through power-over-fiber technology and an optical analog signal path, enabling accurate differential signal acquisition in environments with extreme common-mode voltages. The Gen 2 design provides a compact form factor suited to power electronics, automotive, and wide bandgap semiconductor characterization.
