The Teledyne LeCroy RP2060 is a 2 GHz power/voltage rail probe purpose-built for power integrity analysis on digital power management circuits. It delivers precise measurement of ripple, noise, and transient events across voltage regulators, point-of-load converters, and low-dropout regulators in embedded systems. Minimal loading on the DUT combined with low inherent noise enables engineers to characterize low-voltage DC power rails with confidence.
