Teledyne LeCroy T3LCR1100 – LCR Meter, 10Hz – 100KHz High Precision

The Teledyne LeCroy T3LCR1100 is a high-precision LCR meter that measures inductance, capacitance, resistance, and nine additional electrical parameters across a 10 Hz to 100 kHz frequency range. Built for component evaluation, R&D testing, and production quality control, this benchtop instrument delivers 0.05% basic accuracy at slow and medium test speeds, 6-digit resolution, and selectable output impedance (30 Ω, 50 Ω, or 100 Ω). The 3.5-inch color TFT-LCD display simultaneously shows up to four measurement parameters with integrated PASS/FAIL indication. Auto Level Control maintains constant test voltage for sensitive components like MLCCs. The meter supports DC bias from ±2.5 V, AC test signals from 10 mV to 2 V, and current levels from 100 µA to 20 mA. Three test speeds—Fast (25 ms), Medium (100 ms), and Slow (333 ms)—enable trade-offs between speed and accuracy. Frequency-dependent zeroing compensation corrects for OPEN and SHORT fixture effects across the full range without powering down. A 10-bin comparator sorts components into nine measurement bins plus one auxiliary bin for rapid classification. The list measurement feature automates sweep testing across up to 10 frequency or amplitude points, ideal for characterizing component behavior across operating conditions. Internal memory stores 10,000 data points and 10 setting configurations; USB storage expands capacity to 9,999 data files and 999 log files in CSV format. Screen captures save as BMP files to USB. Standard interfaces include RS-232C (SCPI), USB, and handler output for external process control and remote operation.
