The Wavetek 95 is a single-channel arbitrary waveform and function generator capable of synthesizing user-defined signals and standard waveforms up to 20 MHz. Operating from 1 mHz to 20 MHz, it delivers output levels from 1 mV to 15 Vpp with ±2% accuracy across selectable 50, 75, or 135 ohm impedances. The instrument combines flexible arbitrary waveform generation with classical function generation, supporting AM, FM, and suppressed carrier modulation alongside linear and logarithmic sweep modes.
