Operating across DC to 1 GHz bandwidth with a 50:1 attenuation ratio, this probe delivers high common-mode rejection and low noise performance essential for signal integrity analysis, high-speed data communications, and power electronics testing. The probe connects via BNC Yokogawa interface, enabling automatic attenuation ratio and input coupling configuration on compatible oscilloscope platforms. With 1.2 meter cable length and modular probe head supporting multiple attachment options, the 701924 accommodates diverse measurement scenarios from board-level diagnostics to system-level validation.
