The Keysight U9397A is a high-performance Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) solid-state switch built on GaAs FET MMIC technology for RF and microwave applications. It integrates TTL/CMOS control logic, eliminating external driver requirements, and automatically terminates the unselected RF port to 50 Ohm for superior signal integrity. Designed for test systems, communications, and radar applications, the U9397A delivers fast switching with excellent isolation and low video leakage characteristics.
