The Ando AQ6330 is a portable optical spectrum analyzer for field installation and maintenance of WDM optical transmission systems. Operating across 1200–1700 nm, it delivers high-resolution spectral analysis in a compact 8 kg form factor. The instrument combines wavelength accuracy to ±0.05 nm (1500–1570 nm range) with ±0.3 dB level accuracy and supports measurements up to +20 dBm. Built-in wavelength calibration and advanced WDM analysis of up to 100 channels eliminate dependence on external calibration sources, while a 7.8-inch color LCD and long-term monitoring capability enable detailed signal characterization at remote sites.
