The Astronics/EADS/Racal 1260-37 is a C-Size VXI multiplexer module combining 40 independent Form C (SPDT) relays with eight configurable 1×6 multiplexers in a single slot. This hybrid switching architecture maximizes chassis density for applications requiring both dedicated relay switching and multiplexed signal routing.

**Relay Assurance**

**Control Interface**
Two control options are available: Racal Instruments™ Option 01 (message-based) and Option 01T (message-based and register-based). The 1260-01T Smart Card enables register-based operation with control-register-to-relay mapping. SPDT channels are addressed with a leading “1” (channels 100–139 map to relay positions 00–39). Control Registers operate 8 channels simultaneously with 8 control bits per register; Control Register 0 resides at the module’s Base A24 Address.
