The Euresys Picolo Alert is a PCI Express video capture card designed for analog surveillance and security applications. This half-length, single-lane PCIe card acquires composite video from up to 4 directly connected cameras or up to 16 cameras with optional VEB expansion modules. It supports NTSC, PAL, RS-170, and CCIR standards with four BNC video inputs and delivers 30 fps (NTSC) or 25 fps (PAL) per camera in direct mode, scaling to 7.5 fps (NTSC) or 6.25 fps (PAL) per camera with full 16-camera expansion.
