The Fluke PM6304/023 is a programmable automatic RCL meter engineered for precision measurement of resistance, capacitance, inductance, and derived parameters across component characterization and quality control workflows. Four-wire Kelvin sensing minimizes lead and contact resistance effects, delivering 0.1% basic accuracy across impedance, resistance, capacitance, inductance, quality factor, dissipation factor, phase angle, voltage, and current measurements. Autoranging and auto-function capability accelerate diagnostics on passive components spanning 0.0000 Ω to 200 MΩ impedance, 0.00 pF to 31.8 F capacitance, and 0.00 µH to 637 kH inductance.
