The HP/Agilent 4155C Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer delivers precision characterization of semiconductor devices through integrated source and measurement units. This modular platform measures voltage, current, and resistance with femtoamp and microvolt resolution, supporting diverse test modes from DC sweeps to quasi-static C-V analysis. Four Medium Power SMUs provide ±100 V / ±100 mA sourcing; two VSUs and two VMUs extend measurement flexibility. Optional high-power and pulse generator configurations enable advanced device stress testing and transient characterization.
