The HP/Agilent 6015A is a 1050 W single-output DC system power supply engineered for benchtop and system applications demanding stable, programmable DC power. This autoranging unit delivers maximum rated power across voltage and current combinations from 0–500 V and 0–5 A, eliminating the need for multiple supplies. Constant-voltage/constant-current (CV/CC) operation supports both fixed and transient loads. Ten-turn front-panel potentiometers enable precise voltage and current adjustment, with 3½ digit meters providing real-time readback. The supply includes adjustable overvoltage protection, overtemperature protection, and excess AC-line protection.
