It operates as a plug-in module within the 6050A or 6051A mainframe, delivering precise current control across four programmable ranges and three resistance ranges. The module supports constant current, constant resistance, constant voltage, and pulse modes—making it suitable for R&D characterization, production validation, and incoming component inspection. Internal and external load sensing, analog voltage programming, and GPIB control enable flexible test automation across voltage levels from 3 V to 60 V DC.
