The Keithley 2602A is a dual-channel system sourcemeter combining precision voltage and current sourcing with integrated measurement, electronic load, and arbitrary waveform generation in a single instrument. Each channel delivers ±40 V at ±3 A DC (±10 A pulse) with four-quadrant operation, enabling both sourcing and sinking. The unit achieves 0.015% basic accuracy with 1 µV / 1 pA measurement resolution and 5 µV / 1 pA programming resolution. Maximum output power reaches 40 W per channel. The instrument captures up to 20,000 readings/second with transient response under 70 µs and channel synchronization better than 500 ns, supporting high-speed characterization and transient behavior analysis. Programmable integration rates optimize performance across speed (>20,000 rdgs/s at 0.001 NPLC) and resolution (up to 24 bits at 10 NPLC) requirements. Measurement functions include voltage, current, resistance, and power.
