The Keysight MXR108A Infiniium oscilloscope delivers 1 GHz bandwidth across eight analog channels with 16 GSa/s simultaneous sampling and native 10-bit ADC resolution, upgradeable to 16-bit in high-resolution mode. Built on hardware acceleration ASICs from the Infiniium UXR-Series, this instrument combines precision analog acquisition with integrated logic analysis, spectrum measurement, and waveform generation—eight instruments in one platform. The low-noise front end achieves intrinsic jitter as low as 118 fs and a noise floor of 43 µV at 1 mV/div, making it suitable for demanding signal integrity and timing analysis.
