The Keysight N8928A is a single-output, 10 kW autoranging programmable DC power supply engineered for automated test equipment (ATE) applications. It delivers 0–500 V and 0–60 A across a continuous 10,000 W power envelope, enabling full-power operation across diverse voltage and current combinations.
