The Lambda/TDK EMI TCR250T20 is a 5 kW SCR phase-controlled DC power supply delivering 20 V at 250 A for demanding industrial and laboratory applications. This unit combines constant voltage and constant current modes with automatic crossover, delivering output voltage regulation better than 0.1% across 5–100% load variations. The supply features soft-start AC input, low output ripple, and high operating efficiency across a 208/220 VAC input range (190–253 V, 47–63 Hz). Internal RFI filtering with ferrite toroidal chokes and VDE-listed capacitors ensures compliance with VDE 875 Level N and VDE 871 Level A standards. Fan-cooled with horizontal air ducting, the unit operates continuously from 0°C to 40°C and includes thermostat protection plus high dielectric withstand ratings (2500 V rms primary to secondary and chassis).
