The LeCroy HVD3206 is a high-voltage differential probe engineered for precision measurements in power electronics, solar photovoltaic systems, and high-voltage industrial applications. Operating at 120 MHz bandwidth with DC input coupling, it delivers 1% gain accuracy and exceptional common-mode rejection across a broad frequency range. The probe accommodates differential voltages up to 2000 V (DC + peak AC) at high attenuation and manages common-mode voltages up to 1500 Vdc, making it ideally suited for 1500 Vdc solar PV measurements per IEC/EN 61010-031:2015. Its 2 kV CAT I and 1500 Vdc CAT III safety ratings ensure compliance in demanding test environments.
