The Marconi IFR Aeroflex 2610 is a microprocessor-controlled True RMS voltmeter engineered for precision AC and DC voltage measurements across 5 Hz to 25 MHz. It employs closed-loop thermal conversion to accurately measure signals of any waveform complexity, delivering measurement flexibility across seven voltage ranges from 2 mV to 700 V full scale.

• Accuracy: ±(0.7% of reading + 18 counts) to ±(0.5% of reading + 6 counts) depending on range and frequency
• Display resolution: 0.05% of range (2 mV–200 V), 0.14% of range (700 V)
• DC voltage measurement supported
• dBV and dBm measurements available with user-configurable impedance reference (default 50 Ω)

Operating Characteristics:
• Low-frequency damping required below 45 Hz
• 2 mV range: AC coupling only
• Autoranging: Available with threshold at 2200 counts (increase) and 180 counts (decrease)
• Manual range selection supported
• 30-second recovery time recommended after signals exceeding 2200 counts
• Maximum frequency limitation: 1 × 10⁸ Hz on any range
