The NI PXI-4072 is a 6.5-digit digital multimeter housed in a single-slot, 3U PXI module that combines precision DMM, LCR meter, and digitizer capabilities into one instrument. It delivers 20 common ATE measurements with flexible resolution spanning 10 to 23 bits, enabling reduced test system footprint, lower cost, and faster time-to-deployment in automated test and laboratory environments.
