The Panasonic BN-512HSR is a full-size PCMCIA Type I SRAM card delivering 512 KB of non-volatile memory for industrial equipment, legacy systems, and data logging applications. Built on SRAM technology with a replaceable lithium battery, this card maintains data integrity during power loss and operates from a single 5V supply at maximum 150 mA current draw. The card supports both 8-bit and 16-bit bus modes with 150 nS access time, PCMCIA 2.1 compliance, and TTL-compatible buffered I/O across 68 pins. A hardware write protect switch and optional 2K bytes EEPROM attribute memory (model suffix ‘C’) provide additional data security and flexibility.
