The Rigol DG5101 is a single-channel, 100 MHz function and arbitrary waveform generator built on Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) technology for stable, precise signal generation with low distortion. It delivers up to 128 Mpts arbitrary waveform length at 1 GSa/s sample rate with 14-bit vertical resolution and 1 µHz frequency resolution, making it suitable for complex signal generation and advanced testing applications.
