The Sensors Unlimited SU320-1.7RT-D/CCIR is a compact InGaAs NIR MiniCamera engineered for high-sensitivity near-infrared imaging in industrial and laboratory environments. Operating at room temperature without cryogenic cooling or moving parts, this area-scan camera delivers monochrome progressive video at up to 60 Hz (RS170) or 50 Hz (CCIR). The 320 × 256 pixel InGaAs focal plane array provides quantum efficiency exceeding 75% across the 1.0 µm to 1.6 µm band and covers the full 900 nm to 1700 nm spectral range.
