The Sofradir/Electrophysics MicronViewer 7290A-06 is a near-infrared CCTV camera built around a 1-inch lead-oxysulfide vidicon detector for high-sensitivity imaging beyond the visible spectrum. The 7290A-06 variant extends spectral response to 2200 nm, enabling applications in scientific research, industrial inspection, and surveillance where conventional visible-light cameras fall short.
