The Sorensen DCS33 is a 1 kW programmable DC power supply delivering 0–33 Vdc at 0–33 A for laboratory testing, equipment validation, and powered device characterization. High-frequency switching regulator technology enables compact form factor without compromising output stability. The unit operates in constant voltage (CV) or constant current (CC) mode with automatic crossover determined by load conditions. Front-panel 10-turn potentiometers provide precise adjustment of voltage and current settings displayed simultaneously on digital meters. A full complement of status indicators—overtemperature, remote programming, shutdown, overvoltage protection (OVP), and CV/CC mode—communicate unit state via LED signals.
