– Remote Programming and Interfaces
The M9C option integrates an internal IEEE-488/RS-232 interface for 12-bit remote programming of voltage, current, and OVP. This configuration cannot be combined with M51A or M85 options. Alternative interface options include the M130 (LXI-compliant Ethernet with 16-bit programming and web server access) and M51 (isolated analog programming with isolated V/I monitor outputs up to 500 V relative to return).
– Typical Applications
Ideal for test automation, component characterization, power conditioning evaluation, and production ATE environments where precise DC output and system integration are required.
