The Sorensen SGA400-12C is a programmable DC power supply delivering 400W of output power with 0–400V voltage and 0–12A current capability. Designed for research, development, and manufacturing environments, this analog-control unit combines high power density with fast load transient response, low ripple and noise, and tight load regulation. The front panel features 10-turn potentiometers for voltage and current adjustment, a 3½-digit LED readout, and overvoltage protection preview and reset controls. With 16-bit resolution and optional remote interfaces—IEEE-488.2, RS-232C, isolated analog control, and Ethernet (LXI Class C compliant)—the SGA400-12C integrates into both standalone test benches and automated systems. Input voltage requirement is 187–253V, 3-phase. The unit operates in a rackmount-capable 3U chassis with temperature-controlled variable-speed fans and front air intake for flexible stacking.
