The Tektronix DTGM20 is a plug-in output module for the DTG5000 Series Data Timing Generator mainframe. It combines data and pulse generation capabilities into a single 4-channel output card, delivering up to 3.35 Gb/s data rates. The module features four SMA connectors for single-ended signal output with selectable source impedance and configurable rise/fall times, making it suitable for high-speed digital testing, protocol validation, and timing characterization across multiple test configurations.

– Compatibility & Integration
The DTGM20 installs in any slot within compatible DTG5000 mainframes and operates alongside DTGM10, DTGM21, DTGM30, DTGM31, and DTGM32 modules. Power off the mainframe before module installation or removal. Handle SMA connectors by the nut only to prevent damage.
