The Tektronix MSO73304DX is a 33 GHz mixed-signal oscilloscope engineered for high-speed digital design verification, RF analysis, and research applications. It combines four analog channels with sixteen digital channels to capture and analyze complex waveforms across mixed-signal environments. The instrument delivers up to 100 GS/s sampling on all channels with 500 Mpoints per analog channel memory, 8-bit vertical resolution, and 10 ps timing resolution. Advanced triggering supports edge, pulse width, runt, logic, setup/hold, and serial pattern detection. Built-in analysis includes FFT, mask testing, eye diagrams, jitter characterization, and a 5-digit true RMS DVM on all channels.
