The Tektronix P6616 is a 16-channel logic probe for MSO and MDO mixed-signal oscilloscopes. It acquires digital signals from target systems with two 8-channel pods, enabling comprehensive analysis of digital buses and logic states. Each probe tip features recessed ground, with channel 1 on each pod identified by blue insulation and channels 2–8 in gray. A common ground automotive-style connector supports custom ground connections, and an optional adapter extends ground flush with the tip for header attachment.
