Operating at 3.5 GHz bandwidth with rise time below 140 ps (typically less than 130 ps), it delivers the timing resolution required for digital IC characterization, high-speed communication systems, and storage device validation. The probe operates at 5X attenuation and presents 100 kΩ differential input impedance in parallel with 0.3 pF capacitance, minimizing circuit loading while preserving signal fidelity. Its compact probe head and included accessory kit—featuring marker, grabber, adapter set, lead pin jumper, and carry case—enable reliable contact with surface-mount and discrete components across populated boards.
