The Tektronix TIVP1L IsoVu 1 GHz Isolated Probe delivers differential signal measurement in electrically noisy environments through complete galvanic isolation. Using IsoVu Generation 2 technology with power-over-fiber and optical analog signal paths, the probe floats independently at common-mode voltage to eliminate ground loops and common-mode interference. The 10-meter cable design supports high-voltage switching applications in SiC and GaN devices experiencing rapid voltage slewing and extreme common-mode conditions.
