The Teledyne LeCroy HVFO108 is a 150 MHz high-voltage fiber optic probe engineered for precision measurement of small signals floating on high-voltage buses. Optical isolation eliminates loading effects on the Device Under Test while delivering superior signal fidelity in electrically noisy environments. The probe achieves a 3.3 ns rise time (10-90%) and supports input dynamic ranges from ±1 V to ±40 V through interchangeable attenuating tips. With a common-mode voltage rating of 35 kV and gain accuracy of ±2.5% typical (±4% guaranteed), the HVFO108 is built for power electronics applications, automotive testing, and characterization of Silicon and Silicon Carbide devices.
