The Teledyne LeCroy USB-FE02-V01-X is an embedded USB probe engineered to capture and analyze USB traffic in embedded systems. It interfaces with Inter-Chip USB (IC-USB) and standard USB 2.0 links, enabling direct connection to the Device Under Test via a 4-wire header plug—either soldered or attached as flying leads. The probe monitors D+ and D- wires and connects to the “A” port of a Teledyne LeCroy USB analyzer for real-time data acquisition and analysis.
