The Yokogawa DLM4038 is a mixed-signal oscilloscope that captures and analyzes analog and digital signals simultaneously across 8 analog channels with 350 MHz bandwidth. Its flexible architecture supports standard 8-bit logic analysis on channel 8, with optional expansion to 24-bit logic analyzer capability. The instrument delivers 2.5 GSa/s maximum sampling rate, up to 250 Mega Points record length, and 12-bit vertical resolution. A 12.1-inch XGA display presents acquired waveforms with intuitive controls optimized for embedded systems, power electronics, mechatronics, and automotive applications.
