The Keysight MX0022A is a 16 GHz InfiniiMax Ultra Series probe amplifier engineered for high-speed digital design and signal integrity measurements. Built on RC input impedance architecture, it delivers minimal loading on circuits under test—critical for DDR5/LPDDR5 and emerging high-impedance signaling standards. The probe supports differential, single-ended, and common mode measurements via InfiniiMode technology, all through a single probe tip. AutoProbe 2 interface enables automatic configuration of attenuation, probe type, power, and offset when connected to compatible Keysight oscilloscopes.
