The Keithley 2606B is a 4-channel System Sourcemeter combining precision power supply, true current source, 6½-digit digital multimeter, arbitrary waveform generator, and pulse generator functionality in a single 1U rack-height chassis. Third-generation SMU architecture delivers high-speed, high-accuracy sourcing and measurement for device characterization and automated testing. The compact form factor and stackable design maximize channel density while minimizing test costs and bench footprint. Each channel operates within a 20 W power envelope and supports quadrant II and IV operation for low-power transient analysis.
