The 10076C operates with any oscilloscope featuring a 1 MΩ BNC input, including Keysight 2000/3000/4000/6000/7000/8000/9000 X-Series, S-Series, and legacy series. Infiniium 90000 series operation requires the E2697A adapter; 90000 X- and Q-Series require the N5449A adapter.
