The Keysight (Agilent) 10076C is a passive high-voltage probe designed for precision measurement of high-voltage signals in demanding electronics testing environments. It delivers a 100:1 attenuation ratio, maximum input voltage of 3.7 kVpk, and 500 MHz bandwidth, enabling accurate characterization of power electronics and high-voltage circuits. The probe features low input capacitance (approximately 3 pF) and high input resistance (66.7 MΩ), minimizing loading effects on the circuit under test. System risetime is less than 0.7 ns when paired with a 500 MHz oscilloscope, supporting fast transient measurements. The 1.8 m cable includes a retractable hook tip adapter and ground lead for flexible connection options.
