The Keysight DP0011A is a 500 MHz differential active probe engineered for precision measurement of differential signals in high-speed circuit analysis. It delivers low loading on the device under test, preserving signal integrity across motor drive, automotive, and digital applications. The probe features dual auto-attenuation ranges (17:1 and 85:1) that adjust automatically based on oscilloscope vertical scaling, a 1.7 MΩ / 1.5 pF input impedance, and ±60 V offset adjustment capability. Powered and controlled via AutoProbe1 interface, the DP0011A integrates directly with Keysight’s InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscope families, eliminating manual setup and reducing measurement error.
