The Keysight/Agilent/HP 6632B is a 100 W single-output DC power supply engineered for automated test systems and laboratory integration. It delivers 0–20 V DC at 0–5 A with programming accuracy of 10 mV (voltage) and 0.05% + 2 mA (current), enabling precise control in demanding test environments. Fast programming response—command processing in 4 ms average and output settling within 6 ms—minimizes test cycle time. Output voltage ripple measures 0.3 mV RMS in normal mode and 1 mV RMS in fast mode across 20 Hz to 20 MHz. The unit performs low-current measurement down to 2.5 µA and includes an active downprogrammer that sinks full rated current for rapid output discharge. Load transient recovery occurs in under 100 µs for 50% step changes, with 50 µs response in fast mode. GPIB and RS-232 interfaces support SCPI command control and VXIplug&Play drivers. Optional rack-mount kit, front-panel binding posts, and isolation/polarity relays are available. Designed for rack mounting in system integration and engineering test applications.
