The Keysight N2790A is a 100 MHz high-voltage differential probe engineered to measure differential signals safely in high-voltage environments where neither measurement point is at ground potential. It enables standard earth-grounded oscilloscopes to capture floating differential measurements across power electronics, automotive systems, and industrial motor drives without compromising signal integrity or operator safety.
