The Keysight N6762A is a 100 W precision DC power module engineered for demanding ATE systems, R&D validation, and manufacturing test environments. This single-slot, 1U-height module delivers 0–50 V and 0–3 A with autoranging capability, ensuring maximum output power across any voltage–current combination. Programmable voltage and current control integrate into N6700 Series mainframes, while simultaneous digitization of voltage and current with an oscilloscope-like data buffer captures transient behavior with high fidelity.
The N6762A achieves programming accuracy of 0.016% + 6 mV on voltage (high range) and 0.04% + 200 µA on current (high range). Low-noise operation holds voltage ripple to 4.5 mV peak-to-peak and 350 µV RMS across 20 Hz–20 MHz. Current noise measures 2 mA RMS. Option 2UA extends current measurement capability to 1 µA, ideal for leakage and sleep-mode characterization. Option 761 integrates output disconnect relays; the N6762A/761 variant ships with relays pre-installed.
