The unit accommodates two independently configurable loads via 10-turn helical potentiometers, enabling rapid switching between test conditions at intervals from 1ms to 100ms—ideal for transient response characterization and dynamic load simulation.

Zero-volt operation capability enables precise short-circuit current control without startup constraints. Switching between loads occurs either manually or via the built-in oscillator in CC and CR modes, supporting both manual and electronic control pathways. Remote control functionality includes external resistance or voltage control in CC mode, with additional remote sensing available for the voltmeter and EXT LOAD B channel.
