The Lambda / TDK EMI EMS10-250 is a 2.5 kW switch-mode AC-to-DC power supply delivering 0–10 V at 0–250 A with constant current/constant voltage operation and automatic crossover. Built for laboratory testing, burn-in applications, and industrial system integration, this unit combines high efficiency with precise regulation and a compact form factor. Programmable via analog control and optional RSTL digital interface, it delivers voltage regulation better than 0.1% across full load changes and current regulation exceeding 0.1% accuracy. Transient response of 650 µs at loads below 20 V ensures stable operation in dynamic test environments. The supply accepts single and three-phase AC input (190–250 Vac three-phase configurations available) with standard soft-start inrush current limiting. Over-voltage protection and thermal protection are built in with front-panel adjustment. Temperature stability holds within 0.05% over eight-hour periods under constant line, load, and temperature conditions. Temperature coefficient is 0.02% per 1°C for output voltage and 0.03% per 1°C for output current. Storage temperature range is −55 °C to 85 °C, making this supply suitable for protected industrial environments and demanding test applications requiring long-term reliability and measurement accuracy.
